Notice of Infringement – Claim

4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone, and fax.
5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright holder.
6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a notice of takedown due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include the following:

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
3. A statement confirming your belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep records of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
